Applications that require the use of polypropylene, polyester or nylon felt filter bags benefit from the fully heat-sealed construction of Weixuan filter bags. These filter bags have super strong heat-seams compared to traditional sewn bags.

 

Proprietary construction:
All joints are fully heat-sealed in order to make them robust and free from by-pass without stitching holes typical of traditional sewn bags. The welds are at the same time strong and flexible to ensure the best positioning of Weixuan bags inside the basket. The edges of the splices are hot-brushed to avoid any release of fibers. All these features make Sentinel filter bags performing for any type of application required.

 

Seal ring filter bags
 filter bags use the patented seal ring: available in 3 types of plastics, it provides a secure seal on any type of filter with a wide chemical compatibility. Its unique design makes it reactive to pressure, increasing its tightness with the increase in differential pressure. With increasing pressure, the lateral edges expand ensuring the absence of by-pass in all conditions of pressure, temperature and filtration degree. The high handling makes it easy to install and remove. When a  filter bag is installed in a  container, the ring fits into its seat, maintaining the same position for the entire time the filter is closed.
