Product Description

The long-lasting filter bags have been designed to increase the duration of the filtration process; their unique structure manages to give the same results in terms of filtration efficiency with durations from 2 to 5 times longer than traditional media.  Filter bags are available in two long-lasting felts: polypropylene and polyester. These felts are made with fibers with a smaller diameter and a heavier weight than the standard. The result is a greater dirt retention capacity while maintaining the same efficiency and differential pressure. Filtration processes last longer and the need to change bags decreases.

Fully heat-sealed construction
All filter bags are fully heat-sealed and have the patented ring. This construction eliminates any possibility of by-pass that can occur with traditional sewn bags. Weixuan heat-sealing technology creates a super-resistant joint to any type of stress. The patented seal ring is standard on all long lasting bags. The edges of the ring expand as the internal pressure increases, always guaranteeing a progressive increase in tightness.

No contamination from fiber release:
 produced with a special surface treatment to prevent the release of fibers. A special finish is obtained through the flaming of the surface that melts the microfibers, effectively creating an anti-migration barrier. In addition, the edges of the heat-seams are melted to eliminate the fibers that can detach during manufacturing.
